Returns & Exchanges

At Safety Glasses USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your protective eyewear. If your order does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in new and unused condition.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your items back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the safety glasses in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return to our warehouse using a traceable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5-7 business days.
